Academic support — not an official school or exam centre.

What ib programme support support means in Kuwait

Academic support for IB students in Kuwait. Families in Kuwait City and nearby governorates use these lessons as academic support alongside school — not as a replacement for the school programme.

IB support at YFCampus is subject tutoring for enrolled students. We are not an IB World School, we do not award IB grades, and we are not affiliated with the IB Organisation.

YFCampus is an independent online tutoring service. We are not affiliated with, approved by, or a partner of Cambridge, Pearson, the IB Organisation, College Board, or any ministry of education. Lessons provide academic support for students who already study these programmes at school.

Kuwait’s public schools are Arabic-medium and follow a national curriculum. A large private and international-school sector serves both Kuwaiti and expatriate families, with British, American, Indian, and IB programmes widely available. YFCampus supports students academically in core subjects; it does not operate a local campus and does not teach the complete Kuwait national curriculum.

We do not offer a complete national-curriculum teaching programme. Families in government or bilingual schools can still book academic support in Maths, English, Science, and Computer Science for the topics their child is covering at school.

What we cover

Topic support for the work your school has already set.

  • PYP inquiry support

Literacy, numeracy, and concept language for younger learners in IB primary classrooms.

  • MYP subject help

Criterion-related feedback language and topic explanations for MYP maths, language and literature, sciences, and design/CS.

  • Diploma Programme subjects

Academic support for DP courses the student is already studying, including Internal Assessment planning conversations — the student remains responsible for their own work.

  • Extended Essay and TOK conversations

Optional discussion support that teaches structure and questioning. Tutors do not write assessments for students.

When do Kuwait families usually book?

Sunday–Thursday school weeks leave Thursday evening and Saturday as practical extra-lesson windows. After-school AST slots are the default. Lessons stay online, so traffic across Kuwait City does not affect attendance.

  • Clearer explanations of the topics already on the school scheme of work
  • Homework and assessment review that teaches methods, not finished answers
  • A lesson time that fits the local school week and time zone
  • A free trial through the existing YFCampus enquiry form before you commit
